My personal approach to nutrition counseling is simple and can be divided into two basic categories. Number one, diets do not work, but lifestyle changes do. With me, we will find SMART goals you can adopt, and that over time add up and evolve into a lifestyle. Second, I believe, no two people are the same, therefore, you will never get a cookie-cutter approach to nutrition from me. With all that being said, by using the most-recent and reliable research, and everything that sets you apart from others, I will formulate a plan that best suits your goals, your body, and lifestyle, and set you up for success.
In addition to being passionate about helping others create a happy healthy relationship with food, and adopt healthy lifestyle changes, I love traveling. Some of my favorite destinations have been Hawaii, the Pacific Northwest, and Germany during the 2006 FIFA World Cup. I also enjoy going to church, exercising and cooking. I am a huge movie buff and foodie. I have been happily married for two years, own a German shorthaired pointer, and have 13 beautiful nieces and nephews.
