I have first-hand seen nutrition through the lifecycle and worked with numerous illnesses that affect overall well-being. I know that nutrition is the cornerstone for not only controlling many chronic disease, but also is imperative for disease prevention. I will work closely with each of my clients to find lifestyle modifications that work for them individually to promote balance and healing. I seek to guide clients through nutrition education and non-judgmental support. I believe that making small changes can lead to big differences and work hard to establish a non-diet sustainable lifestyle. I stay up-to-date on recent science-based research so that clients have the safest, most reliable information available to them.
In addition to life-long learning, I enjoy playing sports, staying active with my dogs, cooking, meal planning, cinema, reading, and staying in close touch with my family.
