All of us have the ability to become the best possible version of ourselves, and I take the job of assisting my clients with this goal very seriously. I look forward to collaborating with my clients as they experience the excitement and challenges of self-discovery and transformation that therapy provides.
We all need to constantly keep learning and growing, especially when it comes to our mental health. We live in a time when we’re bombarded by an endless stream of information, and the world seems to be in so much pain and suffering. So now, more than ever, it is important to take care of ourselves and the people we care about, and I firmly believe that loving yourself and others is the most powerful thing we can do as humans.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling with a specialization in Addictions and a CADC from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola University, Chicago. When I’m not meeting with clients, you will find me writing, walking the dog, hanging out with family and friends, building Legos, or immersing myself in a new creative endeavor. I’m a native Chicagoan and reside with my family and our shelter dog, Betty Queen Elizabeth.
